I brought my vehicle to this shop expecting professional work, but instead my car was returned with new damage that was not there beforehand. When I brought the issue to their attention, the staff refused to take responsibility and acted like my concerns didn’t matter. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or even properly inspect the damage, they dismissed me completely. I trusted them with my vehicle and left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and stuck paying for problems they caused. I would strongly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before bringing it here and considering other shops that stand behind their work and treat customers honestly.

BEWARE! This shop is a total scam and completely unprofessional, costing me a lot. I took my Chevy Colorado to Vianney Cambita’s shop for a wheel alignment before installing brand-new tires. They charged me for a full alignment, but months later, I noticed severe wear on the inner edges of my front tires. I went to another shop to check, and surprise—the alignment was way off, and the factory plastic caps on all adjustment points were still in place, clear proof they faked the job! When I confronted Vianney, he first blamed my driving style (my wife mostly drives this car to shuttle our kids). Then, magically, there were no records of my visit. Then he claimed he never touched my car (lie, because I serviced both my vehicles here more than once). Finally, he demanded a receipt, offering only a refund for the alignment—but who keeps receipts for months? Damage: two ruined tires, a new alignment, total ~$700 down the drain. Shoddy work, zero accountability—steer clear of this place!

I got a flat on Saturday late afternoon and thought I was doomed until Monday because it looked like most places had closed and weren’t reopening until Monday morning.. Not to mention there’s no spares these day and an obvious replacement is needed. So by chance this morning I was googling to see if I could find something reasonable new or used on a Sunday & I was lucky enough to find Vianney and he’s just opening at 11:00 am🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 We make contact at 10:56 and he’s just opening so I sent him my tire size via text, he calls we discuss price and I still have to set up a tow… However, that’s when super customer service steps into play and he offers to pick my tires up and return them for just and additional fee… that saved me dealing with a tow on my insurance and waiting on it to arrive.. so, by 11:25 he was picking up my tires and had returned and installed them by 12:23 pm.. the price was more than reasonable and he and the gentleman who came to assist were so professional! I’ve already referred him business and will continue to do business with him!! Nice job and thank you both!!
